Well, edit it as you like. Rufus was nice enough to post the relevant templates
here, and the zip contains the .psp file - everything's layered so you can move everything around still, including deleting the background and using yours.
Let me know if you don't use Paint Shop Pro and need it in another format; PSP's the only format I'm positive preserves layers (I've had bad experiences with png's flattening)
If nobody comes up with anything better, I'm probably gonna animate strips of it into a banner, tagline it something along the lines of "Room for one more"
