You make a subfolder under the levels folder, anything uploaded to this folder will be placed, unless another copy exists in the levels folder, in which the levels folder takes priority. I'm not sure on the exact process, but I'm fairly confident, it is just a matter of making the path to the folder (and place it in the server options?), assigning the rights to the folder for the user, and everything else is automatic. I maybe mistaken though.
