RC being used as a glorified chat room.
Is RC allowed to be used as a chat room? Some servers believe that it is.

I don't know if the playerworld rules govern over Classic servers, but it states:

Therefore, do you believe non-development staff such as FAQ and Events Team should be allowed to go on RC for the sole purpose of general discussion? Do they need it anyway?
