I propose that the whole server be condensed onto the main gmap. Put the various kingdom castles in opposite corners of the map, and their shipyards, and allow houses to be built on the mainland. Move all quests, towns, and content from the various islands and rebuild them surrounding their respective castles.
This would allow players to play more effeciently, considering the only reason anyone goes to the other islands is to find NPCs, turn in gold keys, and drop stuff in their houses...
Furthermore, having the kingdoms all closer together on the same island will make Kingdom politics and warfare ten times as much fun.
The world need not be so large for such a smaller playerbase, and even for a large playerbase, the smaller area will pose less discouragement to new players with 1.2 speed who take a half hour to walk across the map, muchless across a kingdom island too.
