The chat system is something on Graal that could be expanded upon a great deal.

1. User defined macros?:
%g1 : toguild
%a1 : toall
%g2 : toguildglobal
%p1 : to(playername)
%m1 : to (playernames)

2. How about when you hover your mouse over a PM bubble it displays on the screen?

I doubt this would be implemented in the default systems, but I believe it would make a great addition to add features so that the expansion of chat features can be implemented in the scripting language.
