I've been handed management of it. As for why your RC is gone, I have no clue. I haven't touched anything but levels that have scripting errors, my own rights / attributes, and graphics.

It's nowhere near dead, so far as I can tell. There's still quite a bit of content created so far, and it will get proper usage.
