Gave it another try, made a new shield:
Shield of Ancient Wisdom:
Stats (something like):
AC +2, Wisdom +2, Luck +2, Int +1
Shield of Wizardry:
Stats (something like):
AC +2, Power +2, Magic +1, resist cold +15, resist fire +10
