Photon cannon is very over-powered. Besides using a powerful gun, such as apprippers, they are near impossible to beat no matter who is using the gun. Reduce all rifle damages by 5 damage and 3 tiles/a second, this includes buyable and non-buyable rifles.
Also 90,000 exp? Your just using that so you can be one the few who can use it. |
