Hrm, i couldnt get it to work for subfolders when i first created mine, around last year sometime. Warping,levels actually being connected, ect would'nt work.
But anyway, Angel_Light, here's an example of how your Folder Configuration should look like, when your using a GMAP. The following lines should be in yours somewhere.
level levels/*.gmap
level levels/*.nw
level *.gmap
file *.gmap
I have mine like that and it works perfectly, so i would try the things ive stated, you just may get lucky.
