Honestly, Zodiac will never be complete. We're bringing out updates every day, which in my mind is why we have such a high playercount.

I agree, there was a problem with leveling that was overlooked. A certain staff member screwed up a lot of baddy archetypes, which resulted in baddies that were level 30, 40, and 50 having the stats of baddies levels 10 and 20. We fixed it as fast as possible, but the damage is already done. Nothing can be done to help it.
