I am posting on Warcaptain behalf, he submitted two tickets concerning his banning and both were closed without a response. Would it be possible to get an explanation as to why?

In closing I apologize for using this method, I know we are always told to use the support center for bans, but he did and the ticket was closed without any response. Thank you for your time.
