1. You would need an active staff to do so and manage it so that it doesn't take up too much server space and bandwidth.

3. Would not make sense. If you think about it, speed should depend on the quality of the horse/zepplin itself.

-5a. Co-op dungeons and quests shouldn't have to be mentioned. But, the disabled party system kinda kills that idea.
-5b. There is more to magic than just elements.

7. Depends on how one would obtain such maps. Implementing treasure maps incorrectly could further destroy the GK economy.
