On a sidenote: I realize that these forums are supposed to reflect the content that a 13 year old can read, but many of the rules have absolutely nothing to do with actual age resctrictions.
Oh, and what was wrong with the rules 3 and 4 years ago? How many complaints were being placed that suggested a change was needed? |
