Metal-Slug are you that Satan guy? I think you PMed me once about joining... I do get all PMs but only answer about 1/3. I don't know why so many people want to start their own Kingdoms anyway... heh... it's HELL you are busy ALWAYS
Anyway, I can't speak for other Kingdoms (we all try to follow the same guidelines but some are more strict than others, Dustari is one of the strictest apart from maybe Samurai) You must be able to roleplay, it is kinda hard to find good ones. If someone PMs me "Can I join plz" Well, that doesn't tell me they can roleplay. I don't have time to do a test for each person and see if they can roleplay. So I hire people in other ways, I invite usually. It makes it easier.
Best advice... if you want to join just find me on the map, hang around and prove you can roleplay, you'll be invited soon enough I guarantee.
Same goes for most Kingdoms. You gotta get out there and get what you want not just ask over PMs ^_^
Also another tip... if you have something and you want it online, and it is GOOD, like you KNOW it is good and blows away 50% of the levels online, try to get ahold of Loriel or Birdbird. Tell them about your level, etc. Sometimes speaking with Stefan isn't the fastest way.
And if it isn't that good, then it doesn't need to be online anyway. Go back to the drawing board.
