The way I see it, if a server is payed for by a graalian or graalians, its a playerworld. If its sponsored by Graalonline its not. I've found that PWA try not to interfere with Classic administration unless they think rules of Graalonline are being broken. If it turns out to just be a local matter they'll either suggest something be done or leave it alone completely. |
