I think you should of kept the split level house. Perhaps Remove that right most section of house and add a little bit more to the second level of the house on the cliff. Add in an enterance or something and a larger room. This is just a personal preference of mine but where the front of the house meets the side of the house, I think the wood trim facing east and west should meet the trim facing south.

But besides that I really like the level. 8/10
