Aww, how sweet
Pros:
- You can get better in other languages, eg. german, which, if its a subject on your school can realy help you. Also french is an often spoken language (in my eyes).
- You can also visit playerworlds made by the community self, and help them develop. If you learn GS2, it might support you later by learning a real programming language, since you already know a bit how to think logical, if you are scripting.
- GS2 helped me a lot with maths, I learned cosinus and sinus a year earlier then needed, and that gave me quite a lot of free time in the lessons @ school *har har*.
- You get a lot of friends from all over the world, which, without knowing it.. sometimes learn you things about something, because (in my experience) I sometimes heard something once, and than thought; "Hey, I heard that on Graal from ...... once! Funny."
- You help 2 great people, by upgrading your account, Unixmad and Stefan! Wouldn't that be a great thing to do? Just say to your mum: "Mum, there are two people, which are realy realy poor, and they need those 44$, we can miss them.. come on! They can eat (44 / 5.5 a pizza =) 8 pizza's from it, it keeps them alife another day!"
I don't feel like comming up with more things for now
I wish you the very best luck trying to get your parents so far that they upgrade your account.. I think my last argument would realy help with that
