As much skill as it takes to create such a thing and as nice as it looks, it's also empty and requires more content. By that I mean more content that makes sense. Using barrels everywhere is lame, and the plants on the roof make no sense.
Overall it's a decent level or two, def good for an onlinestartlocal or something.
