ok its called the dirupter, when you shoot it at people it dose 7 damage,
when you shoot it at vehicles it shuts the vehicle down
the bullet does a perfect rotation, and it shrinks and re groes
the ammo clip would be 12 (like the appriper)
but it would shoot as fast as the dart gun.
