That's a good point for those types of threads. However, Yen's thread was just an attempt to be inflammatory.
Like I said in the thread. If they're harassing him.. he can ban for harassment. If he's TOO STUPID to realize that, then he SHOULD NOT be an administrator of a server.
I'm 100% sure he knows he can ban them for harassment, though. He just wanted to start a thread asking "CAN I BAN RELIGIOUS PEOPLE?!"

This is not one of those cases. There was no uniformity to the errors in your post. That was not "New Zealand's dialect" of English but rather a bunch of mistakes.
