Because phys players insist on wearing rings that give you -30 magic resist apiece. I can stand up to Ed's magic just fine, and he can stand up to mine. I think it's pretty funny, actually, when fighters will go up against me wearing Rings of Strife or Rings of War and shout "OMG HOW U BEET ME?!" The answer should be painfully obvious by now.
