playlooped2 volume bug

playlooped2() does not play anything when you set volume to 1.. I do not see any reason why this would do this.. because 1 should just mean normal volume (same as it would play for playlooped() but It stops.
This stinks because on my time system it plays nighttime noises at night.. then as it gets to daytime it slowly gets quieter and quieter.. but at 16:00 it is completely silent because its trying to play at volume level 1
