It's not always possible to reproduce old quests exactly. Why not jiggle them up some so the whole thing is more coherent. Anyway, dont want another arguement about all that. The Bruges Bird is scripted, and works, so yes, it'll definitely reappear one way or another.
Interestingly, Burgess is the name of a road near here, where about 2 months ago, some pizza shop owner got thier hand sliced when a rival/enemy threatened/attacked them with a samurai sword.
