Zulu15 is on a distinguished road
Shockwave Generator

I know most people are sick of so many idea threads, especialy since around 98% of them don't get uploaded and 70% of them don't even get looked at by staff members. But I was thinking of this and yeah.

It'd be either a:

A)Mine/Explosive which your character sticks in the ground as you would those things where you put golf balls on. It'd either have a Timer, a Remote Control, or it'd explode as soon as you put it in the floor.

The stats for this one would be

Damage: 15
Area Coverage: 1/2 of a Level, although the entire area woulden't be hit at once, upon activation, it sends a circular shockwave which moves at 15 tps.
Speed: 15 tps
Freeze: 1 Second
Remote Control Freeze(If it's using the Remote control): 1/2 a second
It could either stun the players it hits or knock them down with a 50% chance each(meaning that when you are hit, you have a chance of being knocked down, if not, you are stunned), while knocked down, the player "evades" bullets as they pass over him/her.
Side notes: It would not deal damage to the user but it would knockdown/stun him/her. And you would only be able to carry 3 at a time.

Or:

B)An item you use that generates the shockwave

The stats would be the same for this one, exept that:

Freeze: 1.5 seconds
Energy cost: 100

Side notes on both:
The shockwave detonates mines on contact.
Hoverbikes suffer no damage but they are stunned (As though they were hit by electricity)
Mechs would be either crippled(Movement is slowed to a normal movement speed(Lightinfantry or Sapper) due to leg damage) or they are paralized and not able to move, yet they can still be ridden, shot from and rotated.
The shockwave stuns/knockdowns your team but for less time than the enemy team.
*New!* I define freeze time as how long -you- are frozen when using it.
*New!* Half a level is half a standard Graal level, which is 65 tiles, therefore a half a level would be 33 tiles rounded up.
