Now, I'm sure most people have seen the effects that happen on the "Ball" spells, (Fireball, Snowstorm, Poison Cloud, etc.) when they hit an object, they burst into a nice effect over that area.

Is there any way this could be made to happen when they hit a living target as well? I think it would be much nicer if when you hit someone with a fireball, they got engulfed in the ball of flames also.
