I'm not exactly for making it so that pizza has to be in an oven. I HATE GETTING COAL JUST FOR POWERING UP THE OVEN. I liked cooking pizza on the ranges better.
As for different types of pizzas, and toppings, GO FOR IT!!!
It'd be awesome to have white sauce pizzas as well as tomato sauce pizzas, and then you can provide the toppings you want.
