I believe Zero can read, and merely suggests NOT renaming them or giving them out. Those items, for some at least, are signs of loyalty to a kingdom. I was a Dustarian for three years when I got my Dustari Shield. Somehow it just cheapens the work
I did to get it if suddenly it's just a Red Knight's Shield that you can craft for fifteen event coins and a stack of gold nuggets.
