Argos - npc feature ready

You are all invited (anyone with gold acct who can view under construction worlds) to log into Argos and use the Q menu.
As you will see I remade it into a GUI system. Please try it out
and give constructive, honest feedback on its usability, user friendliness, suggestions, and any errors you may find.
