We need motivated good pwa in order to motivate good servers to finish. If the PWA arent trying to motivate people, they will quit, and the classic list will be virtually unchanging.
Edit: I also think its pretty clear most people would like to see new members as PWA. Its also pretty clear that no one has an ideal way to make it really fair for everyone. |
I don't see how an application is unfair.
That being said, let the current PWA, Stefan and Unixmad decide.
