I agree..with maniaman as manager, hes basically let RC staff "run wild." there has been numerous problems with abuse, corruption,even one staff got globaled for sexually harassing someone...

plus, he is basically using favortism with staff on this server..i use myself as an example...last year i was Nations Admin on maloria..when a fellow staff Longdon got on he told mania "i dont like blue, she is annoying. please fire her or i am gone." So Mr.Worry, who was manager at the time, let Mania solve the problem.. Mania fired me..no apparent reason whatsoever, and i was doing good on the server also.i chose not to bring in globals because i didnt want to get him fired at the time (cuse i thought he could do good)

Mania is also making Maloria version3..which could have been done months and months ago, be since he has been very inactive and relies on Tb3 to do work done(tb3 is as inactive as mania is..for personal reasons i understand). so v3 is basically sitting in a puddle of nothing waiting to be worked on..more staff could be hired, but most the staff have come and gone because they did things on the server that they shouldent have done...and most of the good staff here left because of poorly management...like phantom and smirt and other great staffmembers
