Just because you won't make a profit for doing nothing doesn't mean it's wrong. You should be losing money. If you were to find a diamond every five minutes, no one would
not use the bots. You should be operating at a loss since you are doing no work. These bots would be used to mine for things other than diamonds, finding a few diamonds would just help cut back on the cost.
