Go download CS2, Crack it, and start fiddling around with color balance. Sorely dissapointed in your bad taste in graphical art programs >:|
You could make a black/blueish hair in CS2 and streak it with light/dark grey with minimal effort in CS2.
Stop being lazy and download a complex program.
