How about you hear what I have to say then? Transfers before were allowed, but people sent in complaints of others owning event weapons without owning them. Transfers
were done before, but they are no longer allowed if you cared to use the search function to look up that lil' ol' thread Vulcan made about transferring of event items. Heard of common sense? Use it.
