2) NPCScript? Yes. Use external scripts to do something for you or otherwise effect the Graal executable, no.
3) Questionable. Whether or not this is a violation centers around whether or not a true benefit is derived from glitching (in which case it is bug abuse) or if it is neutral/negative to the player (in which case it is bug use).

10) No. You aren't supposed to be able to pick up items in another person's house so this constitutes bug abuse.
