I think if GraalOnline can run on a Intel(R) 82810E Graphics Controller, then it can run on whatever exists.
Though, in relation to the subject, I've had this problem once before. As Stefan said, un-installing and re-installing graphic drivers tend to help. When it happened to me, the graphic drivers were not updating the recent, new versions until I un-installed the drivers.
