As people in previous posts of this thread have mentioned, there could be too much colors in the image.
GraalOnline will allow the tileset to function online, but not offline in editor. It makes editor some big black level with a lot of random lines or colors.
To get around this, break the tileset up into more than one image. Like, have it as eight images, then set no transparent colors in Paint Shop Pro, and save it as a .png file.
Then use addtiledef2 to load the images onto the tileset. This will allow the image of the tileset to have nice colors and function.
