To answer your question without putting any useless words attatched: Yes, you must be on for them to upload it. Vulcan is normally on whenever I get back from school (5:00-6:00 CST, GMT -6), and he responds to pms almost as soon as he receives them. SO just log on about that time, look for his RC (Either "V" or "Vulcan") and pm him, wait half a minute, and check your pms. |
