I'm on the forums? On rare occasions, I'm on the forums.
Bjoern and I complete inspections quick once it's requested. Bjoern and I also answer the GraalOnline Support Center often, almost when the tickets are submitted / updated, besides the time when he's asleep and I am, since he lives in Germany and I'm in the United States.
We also offer live help to worlds who need the help. A number of worlds as well.
We do a lot of work, it isn't seen from the average person, but still, ask others, a lot of people mention we do no work, but we do, on the small, detailed scale as well.
Both of us are quite active. I lack rights, but Bjoern is damn well active, so don't mention he does no work, since he does a lot, with the addition of Kingdoms as well.
Other than that, I'm not defending others.
Edit: Other than that, what else can we do? We wait on the worlds being developed, wishing some would be accomplished enough to go to the Hosted and Classic tabs. We answer all questions as fast as we can, in addition to reading all complaints, concerns, and suggestions. We attempt to solve issues as fast as we can, but it takes time. Just because an incident occurs, without a response from us, it is not being disregarded. It takes time. |
