However, if he did, then your way of moderating is contrary to what Unix wants, and therefore you yourself are proof that what Unix wants can be ignored without consequence.
If you
are moderating in the way that Unix wants, then Kaimtesu was not, and therefore he is proof that what Unix wants can be ignored without consequence.
Either way, there are clearly no consequences to using an independant style of moderation except in extreme cases.
