Magic, (Or more specifically, summoning) is able to be used indoors, the problem being is that players are able to summon numerous creatures inside the building, or summon them outside and have them follow in.

As you may notice, this is the problem currently in the Bomboria smith's shop. Currently it is the only place to make those helmet mask things that i know of, which really sucks big time, as i am trying to get my needed items for a new helmet...
