This is something you should be talking to an administrator about. What I would suggest is that you submit a support ticket so that certain people with the ability to fix such a thing may view the problem and fix it.
If you wish to know the various possibilities of what could be wrong, at best to my knowledge:
- The database cannot read the server information and therefore temporarily removing your control to stop, start or restart the server.
- The status of the server is temporarily unavailable, or "not available" and will be back up as soon someone can get to it; automatically within a certain period of time.
- Possible issues with graal.net billing in reference to the server's availability.
In any case, you should contact people with the authority to fix such a problem for security reasons and your own benefit. |
