Snakeandy and Vulcan will probably be happy to modify business levels of any businesses that you own. Core Electronics and Pyrotech won't be owned by players - a couple of new businesses may be, though.

The gang system is tied loosely into the party system, as in, the administration of them will likely be the same, but there will be gang bases and such, and tags that do not have "Party" in them.
