As I said before, go ahead and start looking around other servers. Although zone has improved, there are many people who are just idiots. They will -not- listen to you and run around and shoot anything that moves.

But they are still staff regardless of uploading rights. How do you think G2k2 works? Only a select few have uploading rights and people go to them if they have something ready for being uploaded. Zone levels aren't easy to make.
