ADCP will not let me Restart my playerworld or NPC Server

Ok I log into the ADCP and goto the Status of my Playerworld "Exodus"
And it just says N/A for the Status I keep Refreshing but it just says the same thing ..
it will let me to the part where you normally restart the playerworld and NPC Server but when I Restart them It does nothing ..... Anybody know what the problem is? |
