I've found alchemy to a bit anoying now with that 2-3 second freeze on rods. I double click my Caludron to open it, and it freezes even when all the charges have been exhausted. And opening closing it gets anoying after a while since I have to wait an additional few seconds for the freeze effect to wear off.
