of course.. uses requesttext() to get options and checks the staff= list to see if you are staff (since that all it really requires for you to access RC chat anyway.

I tried to do an IP range check but didnt know how to retrieve the players IP on client.

Like I said.. I really like that it replaces standard chat (above the player) without getting rid of player.chat usage and function onPlayerChats()
