The trouble with the Time Allowance is how do we know it's the parent and not the brother, the neighbor, or the jerk who just phished his password?

A seperate password that the parent(s) setup so the kid can login without knowing the 'adult control' password. Also have a seperate secret question for that password just incase the parent(s) forget it.
