not sure. but as i said there will be no offline editor that can use layers.. it will have to be online. so someone is going to have to script an editor to use.
i know we are scripting one for mana realms.. and once we release the world we will release the editor too.. but until then someone else has to make a public one
I know maniaman is working on one. but right now the layers are being tested for mana realms.
