If you made it completely reflect all spells, you might as well just reduce Magic to pretty colors and flashing lights. I think at most it should have a 15-20% chance to reflect any spell that's thrown at it. No 100% chance to reflect anything.
It would be like making an Amulet of AC+900 that would completely protect from all melee attacks. |
