This takes away from a lot of player activity. It immediately creates problems for players who want to create a player house, or a guild base. It often takes quite a while for a person's player house/guild house to even get uploaded. Imagine how long it will take for them to work out level editing rights on the server... How are they supposed to save their playerhouse if it's only being saved on the in the server's file manager?
It will also reduce the level of quality developers. If people can't practice level making offline how are they supposed to get good? I wouldn't want to give a bunch of people level editing rights on my server just so they can practice... I want staff, not students. With the offline editor people learn themselves.
I can't say for sure because I don't know... I suppose it could be possible to script something like this into the online editor with GS2... But it seems like something that would require Stefan to code it into the Graal application itself... But again, I don't know for sure. This is just speculation... Bad speculation probably. I don't know much about programming of any sort.

I agree. The online editor in my opinion will never rival that of the offline editor. When I am bored I open the editor and mess around. I don't want to have to be staff on a server to make levels. Plus alpha or not its bad!
P.S. I think Stefan should get rid of the level maker for user though. Graal should hire a
levels team and if people want a server they have to rent them. That way only quality levels will get up and not all these servers with bad levels. You could hire a group of 20 or so people. Based on their skill is the amount of money it cost to rent. Well I like the idea.. =\
